Recommend all vendors that fit client's budget, style and personality, including photographer, videographer, florist, stationary, caterer, bakery, bar service, hotel, wedding stylists. Also available to vet outside vendors

Recommendations for entertainment options for ceremony, cocktails, dinner and dancing

Coordination of food and beverage service, including assistance with menu development, coordinating tastings and additional service details

Consultation on cake design or custom dessert display

Consult on invitation and day-of paper goods design, including save-the-dates, programs, table numbers and menu cards, utilizing Walden’s in-house printing partner

Oversee all special rentals, including linens, tables, chairs and tents, coordinating contracts and communicating details

Secures any necessary permits or licenses, and security, including photo locations and COI

Assists in event styling, including color palette, linens, tablescapes, floral, décor, lighting, event scents and accents

Provides wedding beauty tips with referrals for wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, groom and groomsmen attire, and hair-and-makeup artists, as well as a wedding beauty prep list

Provides tools to manage RSVP list and helps to coordinate seating chart in conjunction with a seamless floor plan for ceremony, cocktail and reception

Assist with wedding party/guest accommodations and transportation

Schedule final site visit to tie up loose ends with entire vendor team

Works with officiant to design ceremony processional and recessional

Manages final payments to vendors, including gratuities

Custom day-of timeline that will be communicated to all vendors
