Our in-house event planning team coordinates the details big and small, start to finish, so you don’t have to. And it’s all part of our venue rental fee.

Our services include budget and timeline management, vendor relations, event design and day-of logistics. We keep tabs on the moving parts and so can you, via the Basecamp app. We’re also always an email or phone call away.



PLANNING SUPPORT

• Provide estimate of final price tag based on your initial inquiry and site visit

• Create and manage your custom timeline, budget and planning guide via Basecamp

• Coordinate four in-person meetings: Initial/Design, Tasting Day, Final Vendor, Week-Of Check-In

 • Help with menu development and scheduling tastings


VENDOR RELATIONS

• Recommend vendors that fit your budget and style, including photo/video, floral, bakery, paper goods, hotel, transportation and entertainment

• Vet outside vendors not on our list (you’re not wedded to just ours!)

• Manage all vendor relations, including sharing timelines and coordinating set-up and load-in

• Secure permits and licenses and oversee special rentals and contracts

• Coordinate final site visit with vendors


EVENT DESIGN

• Consult on invitation design and other paper goods, including programs and menu cards

• Assist in styling of color palette, tablescapes, linens, lighting, decor and other accents

• Provide beauty tips and support, including referrals for wedding attire, hair and makeup

• Work with officiant to design ceremony processional and recessional



DAY-OF LOGISTICS

• Coordinate and manage day-of schedule, guest flow and seating charts

• Oversee setup of ceremony and reception items, including signs, specialty and personal items

• Assist with guest transportation and accommodations

• Handle end-of-night coordination and vendor payments
