Fixed, Comprehensive Pricing

Sourcing traditional catering quotes is notoriously cumbersome. Plus, it takes months to complete and is subject to change based on any adjustment in details. At Walden, we charge $165 per guest, with kids attending free of charge (up to 10% of guest count), which is inclusive of food, staffing, rentals and bar service. That pricing, within a few loose guidelines, is fixed for any menu selection unless specified, any staffing needs, any preferred food-service style, full usage of our in-house rentals, and our quality beverage program. You can budget the vast majority of your event on day one and have peace of mind that you don’t have to pit your vision against your wallet.

Dedicated Service Staff

Walden’s service staff is dedicated solely to our events. Every staff member is a direct employee and is trained to adhere to our high standards. By not having every event in a new space with a different coordinating team, we are able to elevate our service level and exceed expectations.

In-House Rentals

Walden owns tables, chairs, napkins, and a comprehensive selection of flatware, glassware and service pieces, all of which is available for your use and is included in the fee. You have peace of mind knowing you can design your table settings to your specifications without worrying about increased rental costs. Of course, we will source any supplemental items needed.
