Manage all vendor relations from ceremony to reception, acting as the vendors main point-of-contact throughout the entire planning process

Recommend all vendors that fit client's budget, style & vision to obtain event goals

Recommendations for entertainment/emcee options

Coordination of food and beverage service, including assistance with menu development, coordinating tastings and additional service details

Custom event technology to adequately suit clients and guest needs

Event Design

Consult on event logo design, color palette, mailers, signage, day of paper needs, utilizing Walden’s in-house printing partner while adhering the company design requirements

Oversee all special rentals, including linens, tables, chairs and tents, coordinating contracts and communicating details

Secures any necessary permits or licenses, and security, including photo locations and COI

Assists in event styling, including color palette, linens, tablescapes, floral, décor, lighting, event scents and accents

Logistical Support

Provides tools to manage RSVP list and helps to coordinate seating chart in conjunction with a seamless floor plan

Assist with client and attendee accommodations and transportation

Schedule final site visit to tie up loose ends with entire vendor team

Works with EMCEE/planning committee to develop run of show

Manages final payments to vendors, including gratuities, submitting invoices based on corporate requirements

Custom day-of timeline that will be communicated to all vendors

Vendor confirmations: estimated time of arrival, dress, meals and services

Mic Test and Run of Show Review

Complete day-of timeline management

Coordination of event set up & styling - including turnover of venue spaces during event to allow for new design elements and accomodating all events being executed through the day or days
